Practicalities for Counselling

The first appointment will be an assessment and therefore slightly longer than the normal one hour session. This will produce an opportunity to look at what you wish to achieve and your current concerns. A short history will be taken and some practical details exchanged.

It is very important that you and I feel we can work together and that my particular way of working is suitable. You may need time to think this through. There will be no pressure to make a commitment at this point.

All individual sessions of one hour including the assessment are £ 40.00
